Return Policy: If you receive an item that is incorrect or broken, please let us know so that we can help with the refund process. We will not refund items for any reason except the following:
- Tape and/or case is badly damaged in the mail
- Tape is blank
- Content on tape is incorrect

Here at NLT, we know how disheartening it can be to receive a broken item in the mail. That's why we take extra care in producing and packaging to ensure that none of our products ever meet this fate.
